Our Mandate

Open Dialogue Canada is a platform for Healthcare Providers committed to improving the quality of care experienced by Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC). We will build the capacity of the healthcare sector to address the impacts of racism through education, dialogue and engagement.

We assemble expertise & guide actions through:

● Programs of continuing education and professional development

● Creating and facilitating dialogue amongst Healthcare Providers

● Addressing emerging issues in the equitable delivery of healthcare

● Dissemination of evidence-based knowledge and best healthcare practices

● Supporting the navigation of barriers to the delivery of quality healthcare

These actions will foster a growth mindset in the continued efforts to become better providers of high-quality care
